6/11 -7/2まで、東京・根津のThe 5th Floorにて、オランダ人アーティストVincent Ruijters との共同キュレーション展「Mimicry of Hollows 虚擬態」が開催されます。 AIや実際の自然環境の「窪み/虚 (Hollow)」の領域に着目し、わたしたちの社会との境界の不明瞭さとそうした環境世界に様々なエージェンシーが擬態していくことの可能性について、主にオランダ人と日本人アーティストの実践から紐解いていきます。展覧会は事前予約制となります。詳しくはウェブサイトをご確認ください。

I am delighted to announce an exhibition, "Mimicry of Hollows" co-curated with Vincent Ruijters from June 11 to July 2 at The 5th Floor in Tokyo, Nezu. In this exhibition, we will contemplate the potentialities of capturing this world of unclear boundaries by "mimicking" the realm of unrecognizable hollows. In this day and age, with various "Hollows areas" moving into the foreground on a global scale, instead of separating ourselves from them, we should try to figure out how to face them and what we can discover about them. The works of mainly Dutch and Japanese artists included in this exhibition attempt to unravel just this. *Reservation only.
